Easy Bliss Balls

Raw energy, bite-sized snacks made without refined sugar = WIN!
1/2c roughly chopped medjool dates, pitted
1c almond meal
1T cacao powder
1T coconut oil (melted)
Place dates, almond meal and cocao powder in a blender and pulse to combine.
(If you don’t have medjool dates, you can use normal dates that have been soaked in hot water then squeezed out to remove excess water).
Drizzle in the coconut oil and pulse to combine.
Scoop out a spoonful at a time and squeeze in your palm to shape into balls.
Roll in dessicated coconut to finish.
Make approx 15 bliss balls
