My all-time favourite, super easy buttercream recipe that goes on EVERYTHING.
150g butter (room temperature)
2-3c icing sugar
2T hot water
1t vanilla extract
1t vanilla bean paste
Beat the butter until soft and fluffy – it should get lighter in colour.
Add half a cup of icing sugar at a time. Adjust the texture with enough hot water to get the creamy, fluffy texture desired.
